Tuesday Originals

As an artist, there is always a tension between the desire to explore new ideas, earn a living and the need to constantly share new work—whether it feels fully resolved or not.

Tuesday Originals was a project designed to explore and challenge the pull between these three motivations. By painting, documenting and listing an original watercolour painting for sale via Instagram each Tuesday for 21 weeks the question was posed—could each of the three requirements be satisfied with this one weekly outcome?
